Inseam: In determining the proper frame size, you’ll need to get an accurate inseam measurement . To do this stand with your back against a wall, feet 6" apart on a hard floor (without shoes), looking straight ahead. Place a book square between your legs with one edge flat against the wall, and pull it up firmly into your crotch. This should feel much like the pressure of your saddle while riding. Now ask a friend or loved one to measure from the top edge of the book to the floor, in centimeters. (You can convert inches to centimeters by multiplying inches by 2.54.) Repeat this entire process two or three times and average the results for consistency.
